Straight answers to what people ask before they type their bank details into a website. binvoice is part of bstack, made and run by one person: me, Matias Barragan. The legal version is the Privacy Policy.

Does it upload my invoices?

No. Your browser builds the invoice and draws the PDF on your device, and you can check it: open your browser's network tab while you download one. It works offline once the page has loaded.

Two things send an invoice, and only when you choose them. Share link stores a copy so your client can open it. Signing in keeps your invoices in your bstack account until you turn Save my invoices off; the sidebar says so while it is on.

What is stored, and where

For guests, the invoices stay in this browser. Shared links are kept at Neon until they expire or you stop sharing. Signed in, your invoices are also kept at Neon under your account, until you delete them here or at bstack.cc/account.

Bank details

The bank lists come with the page, from national bank registries and the public SWIFT records published by GLEIF. When you type an IBAN, the bank is found in your browser; the IBAN is not sent anywhere.

Tax wording

Country presets fill in the usual VAT rate and the wording some invoices need, such as a small business note. They are a starting point, not tax advice.

How binvoice makes money

It doesn't. binvoice is free and stays free, with no limit on invoices and no watermark. Later I plan an optional paid bstack Pro for things that cost money to run. Nothing you can do today will move behind it. There are no ads, and I never sell your data.

No AI

binvoice has no AI in it. It prints what you type.

Is it open source?

Not today. If that changes, this page will say so. Questions go to mati@barragan.com.py.
